What Are The Benefits Of A Yeast Free Diet?

Let's start with the Problems with yeast! Having yeast in your diet is like have your car exhaust in the atmosphere, it's bad. Yeast can cause all sorts of infections; the infections can occur in the mouth, on the skin, inside of the body, and on the genitals. Too much yeast in your system is what causes these infections and people with weakened immune systems, such as someone with cancer or AIDS, are more prone to acquiring this type of infection. Yeast can also cause day-to-day problems with headaches, digestion, memory, weight, lethargy, and the list keeps going.

Removing yeast from your diet obviously reduces the risk of running into some of the problems listed above. It also helps lose weight, get into shape, remove toxins and chemicals that other foods have released into your body, and can give your more energy. Think about it, yeast is used in the fermentation process beer production, so just imagine what is doing to your body. Yeast removal helps men, women, and children; it can help symptoms of Autism, Crohn's Disease, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Thrush, Eczema, and Psoriasis to name a few.

Eating yeast free foods and cooking yeast free does not have to taste bad, nor do you have to remove bread products. There are several recipes out there that are delicious; I have found recipes for meals, desserts, breads, and there are even recipes for yeast free vegan meals. You will lose weight and feel better all around, more energy, less of the day-to-day problems like headaches, memory loss, aches and pains.
