Baking Soda- Natural Teeth Whittening

   For those who want perfectly white teeth, but are unable to afford a pretty penny at the dentist to have them bleached... why not try the alternative?

   While the following method is not guaranteed to work for everyone nor has been approved by the FDA, is harmless and has been successful on many. The key is consistency. If this method is continued until desired results are met, you may have a beautiful smile again!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Baking Soda: The most successful method of them all. Can be done a few different ways. This method has been used since the 18th century as a teeth cleaning agent!

    If you don't mind the salty taste;

  1. Simply wet your tooth brush,
  2. Sprinkle on tooth brush, or dip into a little baking soda in the palm of your hand. Make sure to cover the entire toothbrush.
  3. Brush as you normally would. Be sure to leave in mouth at least 2  minutes.
  4. Rinse.
  5. *Optional: To remove the salty taste from your mouth brush teeth again with preferred tooth paste.
       -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Can't stand the salty taste?;
  1. Wet tooth brush.
  2. Squirt 'pea' size drop of tooth paste on tooth brush.
  3. With 'clean' finger spread the tooth paste on all sides of tooth brush.
  4. Sprinkle on tooth brush, or dip into a little bit of baking soda in the palm of your hand. Be sure to leave in your mouth at least 2 minutes.
  5. Brush as you normally would.
  6. Rinse.
 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
What exactly does Baking Soda do to your teeth?
  1. Leaves teeth super fresh, smooth and shiny.
  2. Removes plaque build-up.
  3. Removes coffee, wine, smoker stains, etc.
  4. Keeps teeth white and clean.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Warnings:
  1. If your teeth are white, then this method should only be used every 1-2 weeks. Because it can be abrasive to your teeth enamel if used too much. If you are trying to remove stains/yellowness only use 1-3 times a week for the first week. 1-2 times the second week and 1 time the third week, then skip a week. After a month you should have white teeth depending on the amount of stains.
  2. Baking Soda can also dissolve orthodontic glue. DO NOT try this method if you have a permanent retainer or wear braces.
     -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
    "This stuff really works!"

    "Wow! I saw results after the first brushing!"

    "Your teeth look beautiful! How did you do it?"

     -----------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Please post your results!

    Oh, my sister also told me that baking soda is useful for making teeth whiter. Well I have no problems with my teeth because one of the dentists here in Hilton Head checked it. Actually, I never miss any appointments with him. That's why I have healthy gums and teeth.
